In summer, the mountains offer unique experiences, featuring panoramic views, tranquillity, hiking trails, alpine lakes and vistas that capture the very essence of the region.
From June to August 2026, Valdidentro will host a packed programme of guided hikes and treks led by the Bormio Mountain Guides: activities designed to help you discover picturesque spots, enjoy the great outdoors in complete safety, and gain a deeper understanding of the area’s history, environment and unique features.
The programme includes easy walks, scenic treks, nature and history-themed outings, tasting experiences, visits to high-altitude apiaries, and activities focused on discovering dinosaur tracks.
The programme includes excursions to Val Viola, Val Vezzola, Val Alpisella, the Cancano Lakes, Lago Nero, Lago di Selva, Lago Forbesana, Monte Scale and Pedenolo.
An ideal way to explore Valdidentro step by step, accompanied by expert guides and surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in the Upper Valtellina.
