The second edition of the enchanting spring concert series takes centre stage in Valdidentro, celebrating the season of renewal with three unique events: "Toponomastica" – satire and music in a city seen through the eyes of mice; "Three Women and Dante" – a journey through the female figures in Dante's works, blending words and piano and "Cinderella" – Rossini's opera that transforms the classic fairy tale into an explosion of irony and musical virtuosity.
The Municipality and Pro Loco of Valdidentro are delighted to announce the return of "Note Magiche in Valdidentro", a festival that, following last year's great success, is back for a second edition, richer and even more exciting.
During its first edition, the audience enthusiastically embraced the high-quality performances presented by the LeAltreNote Cultural Association, which masterfully combined music, theatre, and cinema, creating three evenings of profound cultural engagement. The magic of operetta, the timeless charm of silent cinema, and the deep spirituality of dance made this new cultural series an invaluable occasion for art and performance lovers.
This year, "Magical Notes in Valdidentro" returns with new proposals, reaffirming its mission to explore the endless expressive possibilities of music and storytelling. The first event will take us on an ironic and visionary journey through the streets of our cities; the second will give voice to the female figures who shaped Dante's life and works, intertwining music and narrative; finally, the third will immerse us in the world of opera, with Rossini's Cinderella, a showcase of virtuosity and irony.

"Three Women and Dante" – a journey through music and words.
Two musicians in a four-hand classical concert and a young actress in a contemporary performance bring Dante and his Divine Comedy to life.
Lively and witty texts reveal Dante's human side, portraying him as the "Supreme Poet" and a man first and foremost. This is a narrative that will make you laugh and reflect.
Cinderella is a two-act opera by Gioachino Rossini, with a libretto by Jacopo Ferretti. It is performed with a spectacular display of virtuosity and irony.
The opera is inspired by the classic fairy tale by Charles Perrault, reinterpreted with Rossini's characteristic musical brilliance.
The LeAltreNote Masterclass 2025 returns to the picturesque setting of Valdidentro from 24 August to 1st September with exciting new features and an outstanding faculty. The programme includes:
