After a day spent outdoors, a walk in the mountains and the full rhythm of summer, there is a moment you can choose to dedicate only to yourself.
From 13 July to 29 August 2026, the Valdidentro Vertical climbing gym will host yoga classes with Micaela Placentino: sessions designed to slow down, release tension and rediscover balance through breathing, mindful movement and body awareness.
No experience is needed: each class is open both to those approaching yoga for the first time and to those who already practise and wish to enjoy a moment of wellbeing during their stay in Valdidentro.
