Following last year’s huge success, Michele Fenati returns to the Rasin Multipurpose Hall with a moving tribute to the poets of Italian song
Thomas Anselmi
Following the huge success of last year’s concert dedicated to the two Lucios, Dalla and Battisti, which moved the audience and filled the Polifunzionale Rasin, Michele Fenati returns to Valdidentro with a new evening dedicated to Italian singer-songwriter music.
With “The Poets of Italian Song: from Modugno to De André”, the audience will be taken on an intense and captivating journey through the songs that have shaped the lives of entire generations, becoming part of our collective memory and Italian musical culture.
The concert is a tribute to the great poets of Italian song: artists capable of transforming words and melodies into universal stories, shared emotions and unforgettable chapters in our history.
From Domenico Modugno to Fabrizio De André, via Riccardo Cocciante, Lucio Dalla, Giorgio Gaber, Paolo Conte, Lucio Battisti and other great artists, the evening celebrates a musical heritage that continues to speak to the hearts of the audience.
Timeless songs that bring different generations together and evoke moments, images, memories and feelings.

The star of the evening will be Michele Fenati, on vocals and guitar, an artist with a knack for forging a direct, genuine connection with the audience, weaving together performance, storytelling and emotion.
Joining him on stage:
Fabrizio Tarroni, guitar
Nicoletta Bassetti, violin
Gabriele Felici, cello
A sophisticated and captivating performance, in which vocals, strings and bowed instruments intertwine to breathe new life into some of the most beloved songs of Italian music.
There are songs that are not just part of music, but also part of each of our lives.
These are songs we’ve listened to as a family, whilst travelling, on the radio, during summers gone by, in both light-hearted and more profound moments. Songs that have captured love, freedom, nostalgia, irony, hope and the desire to look ahead.
“The Poets of Italian Song” stems precisely from this: from the desire to pay tribute to those songwriters who, through simple yet profoundly meaningful words, have managed to capture the essence of Italy and the Italian people.
The concert will not just be an opportunity to listen, but an experience to be shared.
The power of the songs, the intensity of the performance and the warmth of the audience will make this evening a special occasion to come together, be moved and let ourselves be carried away by melodies that we all, in some way, feel are our own.
Following last year’s enthusiastic reception, Michele Fenati’s return to the Rasin Multipurpose Hall promises another evening of great music, participation and remembrance.
