Scenic reading on the 1987 flood in Valtellina: stories, anecdotes, poems

On the exact day, 38 years ago, when Valtellina was struck by one of its most serious tragedies, 'Acqua Violenta' brings to the stage an intense and touching series of stage readings that recount the 1987 flood through words, emotions, and collective memory.
It is not a simple chronological reconstruction, but a narrative and emotional experience that weaves together:
The evening, proposed in semi-theatre form, gives voice to an entire community, delving into emotions, anecdotes and deep meanings, thanks to the performance of actor Carlo Arrigoni of the Cultural Association Architetti delle Parole di Costa Masnaga, a graduate of the “Gianfranco Mauri” theatre workshop in Erba.
An opportunity to remember, reflect and be moved together, almost four decades after that fateful 18 July 1987.
